- All forks CNC machined of 6061-T6 aluminum with lifetime guarantee.
Models available offer "bearing-in-fork" design as well as standard where the fork's stembolt attaches into the chair's caster barrel housing.
- 1144 steelstress proof clear zinc plated hollow flanged studs (stem bolts) available in both metric and imperial measurements.
- Hinge and axle pins are stainless steel. A teflon-impregnated nylon bushing within the hinge improves pivoting abilities.
- Bearing-in-fork design contains 6001 double-sealed, 12mm id bearing or 2R8RS double-sealed 1/2 inch id bearing. Bearings will be needed to be replaced periodically due to normal wear
